Due to the handmade nature of my work, I do require production time before shipment. Lead times may vary from product to product.

If you need to make urgent changes to your order please email us with your order number and the correct changes 24 hours after payment accepted.
Due to the custom handmade nature of Miss Lyla items, there are No refunds are given unless an item is proven to be faulty, I will happily alter or exchange your item if faulty. Buyer must cover postage for return of item.
If there is a particular item you are after but is no longer available on the website, please check out Facebook / Instagram restock updates for any further information. Otherwise, please contact our Customer care team at firstname.lastname@example.org where they will inform you on whether this item will be restocked.
Due the nature of an online store, our stock is continuously selling so we are unable to hold or place aside for orders.
