All items are handmade by myself in my studio currently in Bangkok, Thailand.



☆ How long until my order ships? 

Due to the handmade nature of my work, I do require production time before shipment. Lead times may vary from product to product.

MAKE TO ORDER  1- 2 items Turn around time 1-2 weeks. 

** Orders of 2+ items will have a longer making time. ** (2-4 weeks)


SHIPPING TIME (after order made) : 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS.  *** Please allow for delays during holiday times. *** 
Shipping is already express international, the fastest shipping available.

We ship to United states, Australia, Canada, United kingdom and New Zealand. If your country is not on the list, please email us on info@misslyla.com 

** Unfortunately we are currently unable to ship to China. **



☆ Currency

Miss Lyla offers you the option to shop either in Australian Dollars or United States Dollars. To switch between the two currencies, simply toggle the country icon at the top of the page.

If you are shopping on our Australian site, all orders are charged in Australian Dollars (AUD).

If you are shopping on our US site, all orders are charged in United States Dollars (USD).

The bank that has issued your card determines the exact exchange rate that you will be charged, but in general it should match closely with the current rate.

☆ Do you take custom orders?

Depending on the request, I may be able to fulfill your custom order. Just email me for specific details. Please note that there may be additional charges for add-ons to custom orders.



☆ Do you make everything?

I take great pride in planning, designing and creating each unique piece for you to enjoy. There is love and attention to detail down to every last stitch. 



☆ Do you sell your patterns?

I strive to create unique children’s wear pieces for you to enjoy and hope to inspire other makers out there to create beautiful things, however I do not share or sell my patterns.



☆ Why I have not received a confirmation email of my order?

In case you have not received a confirmation email after your order submission, please check your spam emails.



☆ Can I change my order?

If you need to make urgent changes to your order please email us with your order number and the correct changes 24 hours after payment accepted.



☆ What is your return/refund policy? 

Due to the custom handmade nature of Miss Lyla items, there are No refunds are given unless an item is proven to be faulty, I will happily alter or exchange your item if faulty. Buyer must cover postage for return of item.



☆ The item I want is no longer on the website, will it be restock? 

If there is a particular item you are after but is no longer available on the website, please check out Facebook / Instagram restock updates for any further information. Otherwise, please contact our Customer care team at info@misslyla.com where they will inform you on whether this item will be restocked.



☆ Do you hold stock?

Due the nature of an online store, our stock is continuously selling so we are unable to hold or place aside for orders.
