☆ How long until my order ships?

Due to the handmade nature of my work, I do require production time before shipment. Lead times may vary from product to product.

 

☆ MAKE TO ORDER

1 – 2 items –> Turn around time 3-7 business days.
** Orders of 3+ items will have a longer making time. ( 5-10 business days.)**

All items are made to order. Please keep in mind I will work as quickly and efficiently as possibly while still maintaining a high level of quality. I also work a full-time job and have one little girl, so I appreciate your patience!

Shipping is already express international, the fastest shipping available.

 

☆ INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

✦ International orders are sent with DHL with tracking number. ( Please note: Express international shipping can only be delivered to a street address. We do not ship via express to PO boxes.)

✦ Shipping Time: 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS. Please allow for delays during holiday times.

✦ International Tracking: You will receive an email notification with your tracking number after we send out your order. You can track your parcel using the code you are given 1-2 days after.

We does not accept responsibility for delay or lost in transits. We only post items to the addresses provided.

In many countries around the world, you will have to pay import taxes on your goods. We would recommend contacting your local customs office for further details.

☆ Do you take custom orders?

Depending on the request, I may be able to fulfil your custom order. Just email me for specific details. Please note that there may be additional charges for add-ons to custom orders.

 

☆ Do you make everything?

I take great pride in planning, designing and creating each unique piece for you to enjoy. There is love and attention to detail down to every last stitch.

 

☆ Do you sell your patterns?

I strive to create unique children’s wear pieces for you to enjoy and hope to inspire other makers out there to create beautiful things, however I do not share or sell my patterns.

 

☆ Why I have not received a confirmation email of my order?

In case you have not received a confirmation email after your order submission, please check your spam emails.

 

☆ Can I change my order?

If you need to make urgent changes to your order please email us with your order number and the correct changes 24 hours after payment accepted.

 

☆ What is your return/refund policy?

Due to the custom handmade nature of Miss Lyla items, there are No refunds are given unless an item is proven to be faulty, I will happily alter or exchange your item if faulty. Buyer must cover postage for return of item.

 

☆ The item I want is no longer on the website, will it be restock?

If there is a particular item you are after but is no longer available on the website, please check out Facebook / Instagram restock updates for any further information. Otherwise, please contact our Customer care team at info@misslyla.com where they will inform you on whether this item will be restocked.

 

☆ Do you hold stock?

Due the nature of an online store, our stock is continuously selling so we are unable to hold or place aside for orders.

 

☆ What payment methods does Miss Lyla accept?
