☆ RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the custom handmade nature of Miss Lyla items, there are No refunds are given unless an item is proven to be faulty, I will happily alter or exchange your item if faulty. Buyer must cover postage for return of item.
OH NO! Our product is faulty, what now?
Please inform Miss Lyla ASAP if you have received incorrect or faulty items and we will work with you to sort out the easiest way to rectify the issue! Unfortunately, we are only human and mistakes and mishaps can happen. We will cover the return postage for our own faults.
☆ SALE ITEMS
We do not offer any refunds or exchanges on any SALE ITEMS.
☆ LATE DELIVERY
We do not offer any refunds for orders that arrive late or not when you expected them. We have stated clearly on the order confirmation email that our processing time is approx 3 to 10 business days and during holiday periods this can be extended up to 2 weeks. The processing time DOES NOT include weekends, public holidays or the Christmas week break. We can not be held responsible for postal delays or items not arriving on time for BIRTHDAYS or CHRISTMAS for obvious reasons.
No refunds shall be permitted once an order has been packed for shipping which generally occurs the following day after order placement.
Where you wish to cancel an order before shipping and this is accepted by Miss Lyla, Miss Lyla shall charge a 5% administrative fee and deduct this from the refund. This fee covers the transactional fees from the banks and the time involved to process the refund.
